Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to keep the community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top condition. You will support the service team by removing litter, preparing vacant units, and handling routine service tasks.

The role requires a valid driver’s license to operate on the property, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including some evenings or weekends. Onsite work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep grounds and amenities neat and free of litter at all times.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists with make-ready processes.
• Completes routine service requests and supports the service supervisor and Community Manager.
• changes locks as required and ensures pool area gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Demonstrates customer service by treating residents with respect and addressing complaints.
