Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to help maintain the physical community, grounds, and amenities. You will support the service team, inspect for cleanliness, perform turnover tasks, and assist in safety-compliant operations across the property.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings; keeps common areas and amenities neat and clean.
• Removes trash and items from vacant apartments and assists in the make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor and supports the make-ready specialist in turnover.
• Ensures locks are changed and pool area gates operate safely and per code.
