Greystar in Austin, TX is seeking a Property Maintenance Service Technician to keep the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top condition while supporting the service team.

You will perform daily inspections, handle make-ready tasks for vacant units, assist with turn processes, and respond to resident requests with a courteous, safety‑conscious approach. This full-time, on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and flexible training.

Qualifications

• Maintains grounds and common areas in good condition while following safety procedures.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and respond to resident needs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and keep common areas clean.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and cleans storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests as directed and assists with turn/make-ready.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Provides courteous customer service, answers questions, and handles complaints.
• Attends safety meetings and completes required OSHA training.
