Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to uphold the appearance and safety of our communities in Austin, TX. You will support the service team by keeping grounds clean, assisting with make-ready turnover, and handling routine maintenance requests as directed by supervision.

The role requires a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on-site, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds and amenities to keep areas neat and litter-free.
• Assist make-ready and turnover processes for vacant apartments.
• Perform minor and routine service requests as directed by supervisor.
• Ensure security and safety codes are followed for pools and gates.
• Communicate hazards and issues to supervisors and residents as needed.
