The incumbent will perform lock changes, pool-area safety checks, and respond to resident inquiries with professionalism. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Assist make-ready process by removing trash from vacant apartments and cleaning storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests and support the Make-Ready specialist during turnover.
• Replace locks per policy and ensure pool gate safety and codes.
• Communicate notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance-related questions and issues.
