Job summary

Greystar in Austin, TX is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical community is well-kept, with attractive grounds and amenities, while supporting the service team.

You will handle routine upkeep, safety compliance, and responsive maintenance requests; must have a valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on site, and be prepared for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas and amenities are neat and presentable.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and maintains storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process as directed.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates operate according to safety codes.
