Job summary

Greystar is hiring for a maintenance on-site role in Austin, TX. The technician will maintain grounds, inspect common areas for curb appeal, and support the service team with routine tasks and make-ready duties across the community.

Responsibilities include completing minor work orders, updating residents, and ensuring doors, locks, and pool gates operate safely. A valid driver’s license is required for cart operation on property.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and keeps storage areas clean.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates function safely.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Provides courteous resident service and addresses complaints about maintenance.
• Follows safety policies and completes required safety trainings.
