Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to responsibly maintain the community’s exterior spaces and amenities. This role focuses on keeping curb appeal high, supporting make-ready tasks, and assisting residents with courteous service.

Candidates should be able to work outdoors, follow safety policies, and provide reliable service on weekends when scheduled. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior property maintenance or customer service experience helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining exterior community spaces and amenities.
• Strong customer service mindset and resident interaction are important.
• Ability to follow safety policies and participate in routine safety meetings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal throughout the community.
• Assist with make-readies by removing debris and preparing vacant apartments.
• Complete service requests, communicate hazards, and support the Service Manager as needed.
• Ensure trash and pet waste removal and maintain dumpster/storage areas.
