Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal across our apartment community. You will perform exterior upkeep, assist with make-readies, and respond to service requests while keeping residents happy and safe.

Work includes litter removal, lawn care, trash management, and collaborations with the Service Manager. This role requires reliability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Grounds operation knowledge and ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and basic computer skills for software use.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Keeps common areas neat and free of litter inside and outside.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready and maintains dumpster areas.
• Completes service requests as assigned and communicates needs to supervisor.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards or dangerous situations to ensure resident safety.
• Provides courteous customer service to residents and handles complaints professionally.
• Attends safety meetings and follows RangeWater safety policies.
