Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior spaces, amenities, and curb appeal across our properties. You'll perform routine maintenance, assist the make-ready process, and promptly report hazards to the Service Director.

Strong customer service and attention to safety are essential in a fast-paced, resident‑facing environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic tool handling, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Employment history showing safe use and maintenance of hand tools and equipment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions and policy manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inspects community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Keeps common areas neat and free of litter inside and outside.
• Performs minor repairs and assists in turnover/make‑ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates operate safely.
• Reports hazards to supervisors and maintains courteous resident interactions.
