Landmark Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain landscape and the overall image of the community. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adhering to company policies while supporting both interior and exterior upkeep.

The Groundskeeper will keep the property clean, report time and attendance, perform daily inspections, and assist with trashouts and notices. The position requires independent work, strong communication, and attention to detail in a moderate noise

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment
• Keep the property litter free
• Assist with unit trash outs
• Deliver notices
• Report time and attendance
• Make daily inspections of the community
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures
• Understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations
• Develop a sense of community among the residents and staff
• Maintain a positive community environment for residents and associates
• Assist with the property’s turn
• Understand, communicate, and enforce safety and evacuation policies
• Document and report behaviors of residents that violate lease terms
• Inspect the physical condition of the property and report problems
