Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundskeeper at Tradition at Palm Aire in Sarasota, FL. The role focuses on maintaining exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while performing minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.

Responsibilities include preventing litter, servicing vacant units, and responding to resident questions with a customer-focused approach. The position requires weekend availability and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day grounds operation of an apartment community.
• Computer Skills: Rudimentary knowledge and ability to access company software and perform standard repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the property for litter, debris and safety hazards and maintains curb appeal.
• Removes trash from vacant units and cleans dumpster/storage areas.
• Completes service requests and communicates with residents and supervisor.
• Follows safety policies and participates in required trainings.
• Assists with make-ready tasks and minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
