Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our multi-family communities in Bradenton, FL. You will ensure curb appeal, perform routine landscaping tasks, and assist with minor repairs under supervision. A Strong focus on safety and resident interaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience preferred: property management and customer service background.
• Licenses: Current Valid Driver's License.
• Computer skills: Rudimentary knowledge to access company software.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant units and maintains dumpster areas.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Performs minor repairs under supervision of the Service Manager.
• Maintains safety by attending routine safety meetings and following OSHA requirements.
• Communicates with residents and honors requests and notices as needed.
