Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior grounds and amenities of our apartment community in Tampa. You will perform routine upkeep and minor repairs to ensure curb appeal and functional safety for residents and staff.

The role requires physical durability, reliable teamwork, and a customer-service mindset to respond to resident questions and maintain a welcoming environment. Work hours align with property site operations and may include weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently and 150 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the community.
• Perform minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Inspect and clean common areas, offices, and amenities for tidiness.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings; manage dumpster areas as needed.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and assist with safety compliance.
