Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC in Florida is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our apartment community. You will help preserve curb appeal, perform light repairs under supervision, and support the service team to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include removing litter and debris daily, preparing vacants, handling waste, assisting with safety trainings, and communicating hazards to supervisors while delivering friendly, responsive service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience preferred: property management and customer service background.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris and pet waste.
• Maintain common areas, offices, and amenities with neat curb appeal.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist with make-ready.
• Complete service requests and relay notices as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisor and participate in safety meetings.
• Provide respectful, responsive customer service to residents.
