Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas, assist with make-ready tasks, and support resident services at our Bradenton communities. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a positive, service-oriented mindset.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather. PTO, holidays, and benefits are offered with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Property management and customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and debris and keep common areas clean.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready and manage dumpster areas.
• Process service requests and update residents as needed.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as required.
• Inform supervisor of hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Provide courteous, responsive customer service to residents and guests.
• Follow safety policies; attend safety meetings and complete required training.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
