The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, assist with turn‑over work, and follow safety policies while providing courteous resident service and timely communications to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift weights up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to ensure grounds and amenities are neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and supports make-ready process.
• Fulfills routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist in turnover activities.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates operate safely and according to codes.
• Communicates hazards to supervisors and maintains resident relations with respectful service.
