Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior spaces of our multifamily communities. You will uphold the property’s curb appeal, assist with minor repairs, and support the Service Manager in daily tasks.

The role involves outdoor work, lifting up to 50 pounds independently and more with assistance, and requires a valid driver’s license. Schedule typically 40 hours/week, with some weekend work where needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community and keeps common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and prepares units for occupancy.
• Completes service requests as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Communicates with residents and informs supervisor of hazards.
• Follows safety policies and attends routine safety meetings.
