Friedman Real Estate invites applications for a Dayporter to join a growing team in Royal Oak, MI. You will maintain grounds and exterior areas, perform housekeeping tasks, and handle general upkeep for multi-family properties on a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of groundskeeping experience, reliable transportation, a basic tools set, and a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties if needed.
• Must have basic set of tools.
• Be responsible and reliable.
• Have a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance and exterior building care.
• Housekeeping and janitorial tasks.
