Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep community grounds and amenities in top condition and to support the service team. Responsibilities include daily inspections, trash removal, make-ready support, and safety compliance.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to perform tasks, and availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before turn process and cleans storage areas.
• Completes minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool area gates operate safely.
• Distributes notices to residents when needed.
• Reports hazards to supervisors for residents and staff safety.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and complaints professionally.
• Attends safety meetings and completes required OSHA training.
