You will work outdoors in varying weather, ensure curb appeal meets company standards, operate basic tools, assist with snow removal, and deliver friendly, professional resident service. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of groundskeeping or related experience.
• Proficient with manual and power tools for landscaping and minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety guidelines.
• Valid driver's license may be required for golf cart operation.
• Customer-service oriented and able to interact professionally with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, maintaining common areas and amenities.
• Remove trash from vacant units and assist with make-ready for new residents.
• Support maintenance with routine service requests and minor repairs.
• Collaborate on landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, raking, and salting as needed.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping tools and supplies; ensure good condition.
• Distribute resident communications as directed and report hazards promptly.
• Participate in safety meetings and OSHA compliance training.
