Qualifications

• One year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with manual and power landscaping tools.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Valid driver's license required (for golf cart operation if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily; maintain common areas and amenities.
• Remove trash from vacant units and assist with make-ready for new residents.
• Support routine service requests and minor repairs such as lock changes.
• Assist with landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, and salting as needed.
• Inventory and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
• Distribute resident communications as directed by management.
• Report hazards and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Provide customer service by engaging with residents.
