Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community and grounds to remove litter and debris and keep areas neat.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs as directed by supervisors.
• Coordinates with on-site team to schedule tasks and manage make-ready efforts.
• Ensures locks and pool gates function properly and in codes.
• Communicates hazards to supervisors and residents when observed.
