Job summary

You will inspect daily, perform minor repairs, and assist with make-readies under supervision. Qualifications

• Reads and follows safety policies; basic reading and comprehension.
• Able to perform basic maintenance tasks and follow directions.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Requires physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Removes trash from vacant units and cleans storage areas.
• Performs minor repairs and assists with the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates operate safely and per codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Maintains a safe, courteous, and responsive presence for residents.
