Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year groundskeeping or related experience.
• Proficient with manual and power landscaping tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a golf cart if needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain exterior areas, amenities, and common spaces daily.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant units and cleanup of storage areas.
• Support routine maintenance requests and minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with the team on landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep.
• Maintain inventory of groundskeeping tools and report hazards promptly.
• Provide courteous service to residents and uphold safety standards.
