Qualifications

• At least one year of groundskeeping or related maintenance experience.
• Proficient with manual and power landscaping tools.
• Safe work practices and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required for golf cart operation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, removing litter and maintaining common areas.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant units and return spaces to market standards.
• Support routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate on landscaping, snow removal, and groundskeeping tasks.
• Maintain and inventory landscaping tools and supplies; report hazards promptly.
