Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exteriors of multifamily communities in the Fort Worth area. You will perform landscaping, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks to keep grounds appealing and safe. Responsibilities include trash removal, power washing, mowing, pruning, and assisting with make-ready units.

A high school diploma is preferred, plus a few months of related experience. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and communicate clearly with residents and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete grounds work as directed, including trash pickup and power washing.
• Clean breezeways, floors, doors and handrails; maintain curb appeal.
• Perform basic landscaping: pruning, watering and irrigation checks.
• Assist in make-ready units, prep work before leasing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities for residents and staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance team and contractors to keep property safe.
