Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a LIHTC community in Fort Worth, TX. Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform general maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds work to ensure excellent curb appeal and apartment quality, responding to service requests.

Requirements include 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a CFC Universal Certification preferred (to be attained within 90 days).

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and record-keeping.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be achieved within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and materials.
• Refurbish/renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk property daily to maintain curb appeal and apartment quality.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain records of tasks completed and assist with scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Handle after-hours emergency service requests when needed.
• Run errands to support property operations.
