Job summary

BH Management, LLC is hiring a Porter to maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas of our multifamily property in Spring, TX. The role requires light maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial tasks while delivering professional service to residents and visitors.

Typical duties include trash-out support, pool area upkeep, and ensuring cleanliness of all common spaces. The position may require on-call rotations, scheduling flexibility, and occasional overtime to meet property needs.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair preferred.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Keep work areas and maintenance shops organized and clean.
• Support pool area cleaning and maintenance.
• Post notices or communicate with residents as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
