Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and other common areas.
• Remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
• Assist in cleaning available apartments and models.
• Assist in troubleshooting/repair of minor mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
