Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English for safety and task completion.
• Proven ability to follow instructions and work with supervision.
• Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sweep sidewalks, pick up litter, light gardening/weeding, and clean windows/removable furniture.
• Maintain pool area daily and assist with make-ready of vacant units.
• Clean and maintain trash and dumpster areas and assist maintenance staff.
• Deliver notices and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Follow safety practices and attend required trainings.
