Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical condition of a community is well maintained and curb appeal meets standards. You will support the service team in daily tasks and keep common areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include making-ready vacants, handling light maintenance requests, and ensuring locks and pool gates operate properly. A strong focus on resident service and safety compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform general maintenance tasks
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
• Strong customer service approach when interacting with residents

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas and amenities clean and well-maintained
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and prepares units for turnover
• Completes routine service requests and assists with the make-ready process
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool area gates function safely
• Distributes notices and communicates with residents and supervisors as needed
• Participates in safety meetings and trainings and reports hazards promptly
