Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the community is clean, safe, and well‑maintained across grounds, amenities, and buildings. You will support the service team with routine upkeep and responsive repairs.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, turn-ready tasks, lock and gate checks, and assisting with resident requests while upholding safety standards. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas tidy and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist with make-ready tasks.
• Complete minor service requests and support the turn process.
• Ensure locks and pool-area gates operate safely and correctly.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous customer service and address resident inquiries and complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and safety policies.
