Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a maintenance professional to ensure the physical community is well-maintained, with attention to grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, while supporting the service team.

Responsibilities include making-ready tasks, trash removal, lock changes, notices distribution, and upholding safety standards; occasional travel to assist other properties may be required. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas and amenities clean and presentable.
• Removes trash and prepares vacants during make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests as directed by supervisor and assists in the turn process.
• Changes locks and maintains gates in accordance with policy and safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed and communicates with team.
• Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Provides courteous resident service and responds to maintenance-related questions and complaints.
• Follows safety policies and completes required training; participates in safety meetings.
