Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance service professional to ensure the physical upkeep of the community, including grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, while supporting the service team members.

You will inspect daily, handle trash removal, assist in turn/make-ready processes, manage lock changes, and communicate notices to residents. A focus on safety and customer service is essential in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of debris.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready and maintains storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards or safety concerns.
• Demonstrates strong customer service by addressing resident questions and complaints about maintenance services.
