Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to keep the community clean and well-maintained. You will remove litter, perform make-ready work on vacants, and ensure common areas and amenities stay in top condition. You will also change locks and help with safety checks and resident communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or similar role.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and routine service tasks.
• Willingness to follow safety policies including OSHA training.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community and grounds, removes litter and debris to keep areas neat.
• Performs make-ready tasks, cleans vacants, and ensures storage areas are organized.
• Changes locks as per policy and verifies pool area safety and access.
• Communicates hazards to supervisors and supports the service team with tasks.
