Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team. The role ensures common areas remain clean and compliant with standards and assists with make-ready and turn processes.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, trash removal, minor repairs, lock changes, and safety compliance with OSHA guidelines. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

• Ability to perform basic repairs and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Assist with make-ready process and turn projects.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes and requirements.
• Respond to routine service requests and safety hazards as directed.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and uphold OSHA safety standards.
