Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to help keep our communities in top condition. You will maintain grounds, assist with make-ready tasks, and support the service team to ensure curb appeal and safety across the property.

You’ll handle routine duties, respond to resident inquiries, and participate in safety trainings. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep grounds and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Assist in make-ready process and respond to routine service requests.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance in all maintenance duties.
• Support the service team and communicate hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to inquiries about maintenance.
