Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/Service role at one of its communities in the United States. You will help maintain grounds and amenities, support the service team, and participate in make-ready activities to ensure timely turnover of units.

This position requires a valid driver's license for property operations, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance).
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Occasional travel may be required to assist other properties or trainings.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to maintain curb appeal and clean common areas.
• Removes trash from vacants and cleans storage areas as part of make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist in the turnover process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates operate safely and per codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
