Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper to provide upkeep and maintenance of a residential property's common areas in Stillwater, OK. The role includes cleaning, basic maintenance, and assisting with general tasks to ensure safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in lawn/grounds maintenance; candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma and one year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance
• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials
• Record of punctuality and dependability, ability to work under deadlines and after-hours/weekend emergencies
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer and lift up to 100 lbs
• Job location is at the assigned property
• Serves in an on-call capacity

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs and standards
• Perform physically demanding work to maintain the asset and common areas
• Remove trash and debris from common areas
• Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways and stairways
• Maintain and repair stairwell treads and exterior lighting
• Mow lawns, trim beds, rake leaves, and maintain landscaped areas
• Maintain irrigation systems and fountains
• Clean pool and spa per specifications and code
• Know emergency procedures including shutoffs and panels
• Promote safety to limit property loss and injuries
• Assist in snow removal as required
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform
