Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Some custodial or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for golf carts on-site operations.
• Ability to utilize a personal smart device for property apps and communications.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks, including Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas: sidewalks, parking lots, courtyards, landscaping.
• Clean and maintain common areas: lobbies, hallways, stairwells, laundry, fitness centers, restrooms.
• Ensure supplies are stocked (toilet paper, soap, towels).
• Clean windows/doors and glass surfaces for a polished look.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
