Job summary

Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our properties in the Puget Sound area.

Under supervision, you will manage grounds, parking areas, and common facilities, with flexibility to support housekeeping and maintenance as needed. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in various weather, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or related experience/training
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and follow instructions
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and outdoor spaces
• Sweep, wash, and maintain floors and surfaces; replace light bulbs as needed
• Maintain exterior grounds (mowing, trimming, debris removal, snow shoveling)
• Assist in other maintenance tasks and support housekeeping as needed
• Participate in trainings and meetings to stay updated on requirements
