The role requires proven restaurant and retail construction experience (ground-up and tenant build-outs), strong proficiency with Procore, Primavera, and Raken, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant and retail construction, including ground-up and tenant build-outs.
• Proficient with construction management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, Raken).
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and site designs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multiple restaurant and retail projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Monitor expenses and enforce cost-control measures to keep projects within budget.
• Interpret complex blueprints and architectural designs to execute the vision.
• Identify risks and schedule delays, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Lead meetings with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
