Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up restaurant and retail builds from planning to completion.

Based in Reston, VA with hybrid work flexibility, you will manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality spaces on time and within budget. The role requires proven experience in restaurant and retail construction, proficiency with Procore, Primavera, and Raken, and the ability to read complex blueprints.

Qualifications

• Ground-up restaurant and retail construction experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams.
• Strong leadership and communication with contractors, vendors, clients.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects.
• Lead site visits to enforce safety, quality, codes.
• Monitor expenses and drive cost-control measures.
• Review and execute against complex blueprints and designs.
• Identify risks and schedule delays, implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams in regular meetings.
