Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Reston, VA is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager focused on ground-up restaurant and retail builds. You will manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, coordinating teams, schedules, and budgets to deliver high-quality spaces on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ground-up restaurant and retail construction.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within schedule and budget.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and designs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant/retail projects, controlling schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Drive cost-control measures to keep projects within budget.
• Interpret complex blueprints and architectural designs and execute accordingly.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid schedule delays.
• Lead meetings with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
