Job summary

Scalable Sourcing is seeking a Construction Project Manager for ground-up restaurant and retail builds in Reston, VA. Hybrid work flexibility is available, and the role involves overseeing multiple projects from planning through execution to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has proven PM experience in restaurant/retail construction, strong reading of blueprints, and expertise with Procore, Primavera, and Raken. A PMP certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience focused on restaurant and retail construction, including ground-up and tenant buildouts.
• Strong construction management and scheduling software experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and site designs.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive project success by managing full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead the site with regular visits to ensure safety, quality, and codes compliance.
• Manage project expenses and drive cost-control measures to stay within budget.
• Execute the vision by interpreting and applying complex blueprints and architectural designs.
• Mitigate risks by identifying delays and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep stakeholders aligned through regular meetings.
