Job summary

Top Echelon LLC in Reston, VA is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in ground-up restaurant and retail builds. You will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects—from planning and coordination through to final execution.

Based out of our Reston, VA office with hybrid work flexibility, you will drive schedules, budgets, safety, and quality while collaborating with contractors, vendors, and clients to deliver on time and under budget.

Qualifications

• Ground-up restaurant/retail construction experience required.
• Experience managing multiple projects with budgets and schedules.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret designs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle construction for restaurant and retail projects.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Interpret blueprints and architectural designs for execution.
• Lead meetings with contractors, vendors, and clients.
