LRSolutions, LLC in Reston, VA is seeking a Construction Project Manager with proven ground-up restaurant and retail experience. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of commercial spaces.

Hybrid work flexibility is available in this full-time role, based out of our Reston office. Candidates must have hands-on PM experience in restaurant/retail construction and proficiency with CM software.

Qualifications

• Proven PM background in ground-up restaurant/retail builds.
• Experience with scheduling and cost control using industry software.
• Strong reading of construction blueprints and site plans.

Responsabilités

• Drive full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, focusing on schedule, budget, and resources.
• Perform regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-controls to keep projects on budget.
• Interpret complex blueprints and architectural designs and execute as planned.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with proactive solutions.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients and internal teams.
