The role demands strong site leadership, blueprint literacy, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera, and Raken. A PMP is preferred; hybrid schedule and competitive salary of $115,000–$130,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in restaurant and retail construction (ground-up and tenant build-outs).
• Experience with schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and designs.
• PMI/ PMP certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive success by managing full-cycle restaurant and retail projects within schedule and budget.
• Lead site visits ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Interpret blueprints and architectural designs to execute projects.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies with industry software.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams, leading regular meetings.
