Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager focused on ground-up restaurant and retail projects in Reston, VA. You will oversee multiple projects from planning through execution, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality spaces on time and within budget.

The role offers hybrid work flexibility from our Reston office. Mandatory experience in restaurant and retail construction (ground-up and tenant build-outs) is required, with

Qualifications

• Ground-up restaurant and retail construction experience required.
• Open-door remodels and tenant build-outs experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site designs.
• Strong leadership and multi-project management capabilities.
• PM certification (PMP) highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive project success: manage full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, strictly overseeing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead the site: conduct regular site visits to enforce safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Manage the budget: monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Execute the vision: interpret and apply complex blueprints and architectural designs.
• Mitigate risks: identify delays and mitigate issues with standard industry tools.
• Collaborate: coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams in regular meetings.
